Costume Ball for the benefit of the circus school's social projects , 25-Feb-2017

For its first edition, the École de cirque de Québec presented its COSTUME BAL for the benefit of social projects. This found raising event was organized in order support the programs for children with special needs. When these young people participate in adapted circus activities, they flourish; they increase their self-esteem, they develop their motor and social skills and improve their concentration. An evening that was chaired by André Drolet, Member of Parliament for Jean-Lesage, Parliamentary Assistant to the Minister responsible for Small and Medium Enterprises, Regulatory Relief and Regional Economic Development.

As a pioneer artist of the circus school, Julie was invited to present her Cyr Wheel performance, but also to be responsible for providing a 30-minutes circus show. For this show, she called upon professional artists and graduates of the professional training program. A colorful evening where more than $ 10,000 was raised for the cause.
